Philosophy


At Marshlands NESTS we recognise the unique setting and staff utilise this to the benefit of the children allowing them to interact with the environment through nature walks and interaction with the animals.

We believe our high teacher child ratio results in more 1-1 time ensuring all children have the opportunity to learn. It also helps the children feel valued and improves self esteem. All staff are chosen for their caring qualities and having children and families best interests at heart at all times.
